It's no secret that I'm a huge fun of open closets, and this sleek gold clothing rack from Urban Outfitters is perfect for pulling one off. Start by adding a small selection of your favorite pieces from your wardrobe like classic tops, jackets, jeans and pants. Next, drape a mix of your go-to accessories including a selection of hats, bags and scarves. The key is to make sure that all your picks compliment each other to some extent for a more cohesive look. To complete the space, add simple storage trays to showcase your best jewelry, a few fashion books for inspiration, and an interesting rug where you can line up your top shoe picks. Oh, and don't forget to keep an instant camera handy, so that you can capture and keep track of all of your best looks for easier dressing in the future!

I've gotten some requests recently to share my beauty routine, so even though this is a bit out of my comfort zone, I figured why not have a little fun (hello, kissy face!), and give you guys the run-down. I've always been pretty low-key and try to get my makeup done in about 15 minutes. Here's what I currently use for my daily go-to beauty look...
BLUSH/BRONZER/HIGHLIGHTER: For some definition, I use either the Urban Decay Naked Flushed Bronzer, Highlighter & Blush Palette in Streak or BareMinerals All-Over Face Color in Warmth. I blend the bronzer with any brush I have handy along my cheekbones, hairline and lightly on my nose and chin. If I'm in the mood for a little color I add some of the blush from the palette over the apples of my cheeks. For highlighting, I'm obsessed with Chantecaille Liquid Lumière Illuminator in Sheen. I dab a little along the top of my cheeks, the inner corner of my eyes and under my brow arch for a flattering and subtle glow.
EYES: To begin, I lightly dab one of the bronzers mentioned earlier to my lids for a little depth. Next, I tightline my eyes with simple black eyeliner. I like to use the Almay Contour Crayon Eyeliner since it doesn't smudge as much as a pencil. If I want to add some flair and have some extra time, I like to do a winged cat-eye look with Cover Girl Intensify Me! Liquid Liner. To complete my eyes, I go straight for my Shiseido Eyelash Curler and throw on a few coats of Cover Girl Lash Blast Fusion Mascara in Very Black.
Weekend was all about spoiling myself and that's how I ended up buying a new white shirt from Mango and iconic Guerlain bronzing powder. Guilty as charged! And on Monday, things just got even better when I received Givenchy Dahlia Divin perfume which was launched this September. Sweet top notes like fruit, flower and sandalwood are among my favorites, so this can easily become my most liked scent for autumn! Thank you Givenchy!

These are my favorites, how about yours? What's one item you can't leave your house without? :)
Busy work trips away, freezing temperatures and a cancelled flight thrown in for good measure have meant any free time I've had this January has mainly been spent hibernating with 30 Rock and gluttonous amounts of food on tap.
So I thought I'd do a quick round-up of some current favorites keeping me company as I ease myself into 2013.
My beautiful silver stacking rings by Natalie Marie jewellery haven't left my fingers since I opened them up at Christmas. Seen here are the organic silver bands and the pom pom ring as well as some bespoke, plain silver bands. Find them and rest of the super talented Australian designer's collection here.
The best marl T-shirt I've found to date from one of my favorite new brand discoveries, Olive Clothing.
I've started a five year long diary which I'm determined to keep up. I kind of love the idea of being reminded of all those small, seemingly insignificant events and memories that you might otherwise forget.
Getting snap happy with my Christmas and birthday prizes; my Lomo and the Fujifilm X100. Seen here sitting atop a Zara tiger print sale find.

Guilty as charged! Photos arrived on Wednesday, but i had so many things to do, so i took a short, three days offline vacation! But i`m ready on Friday for a new post! ;) Now, you have a chance to see the "making of" photos, and how much fun we had! I also added the original photos, and i tagged all the clothes for those who didn`t get their copy, or live abroad, but still wanted to know what we were wearing on that day. Let`s talk about my outfit now: it was an instant love, it could be called love at the first sight. I found the whole combination at Mango store in less than five minutes. Something between harem and regular pants in print, electric blue loose shirt, and gorgeous coral linen blazer as a perfect summer piece for a chilly nights, windy days or for a strict company dress code as a smart twist to get away from a boring rules and black&blue clothes (some women still needs to cover their hands during the summer). Cherry on top was definitely dark blue hat and my favorite Michael Kors watch. At the beginning we started with a braid on my head (i love how it looks like ), but it didn`t match to the outfit so we decided to ruin it, and make a messy hair look! ;) I`m really glad that you like it, and i wanna thank you for your lovely comments that you left! Hoping we will be able to repeat something similar in the near future and try to be even more creative.
These four ladies were stars for a one day, and it couldn`t be possible without all the people behind this project, so huge thanks to Vanja, Andreja, Srdjan and Ana! ;)
p.s. the Romwe giveaway winner is email: laurapferre@hotmail.com , congrats! p.p.s. new outfit post will be up tomorrow!
